Exciting News: Pain Reprocessing Therapy Certification

Expanding My Expertise: A New Chapter in Pain Recovery Coaching
I’m incredibly excited to share an important milestone in my professional journey as a stress, illness, and chronic pain recovery coach.
Supporting people in moving beyond chronic pain is not just my work—it’s my passion. That’s why I am committed to continually deepening my knowledge, refining my skills, and bringing the most effective, evidence-based approaches to my clients.
My Foundation: SIRPA Practitioner Training
As a fully qualified practitioner with SIRPA, I completed the highest level of SIRPA training. This included in-depth study and the successful completion of five client case studies under clinical supervision.
This level of training ensures that my work is:
- Grounded in proven mind-body principles
- Clinically informed and supervised
- Focused on safe, effective, and compassionate recovery
SIRPA’s approach centres on understanding how the brain and nervous system can generate very real physical symptoms—and, importantly, how those patterns can be reversed.
Exciting News: Pain Reprocessing Therapy Certification
I’m delighted to announce that I have now completed my training with the Pain Reprocessing Therapy Center.
This is a significant addition to my work as a pain recovery coach.
The Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) approach was developed and led by Alan Gordon, a pioneering pain psychologist whose work has been featured in cutting-edge research, including studies conducted at the University of Colorado Boulder.
PRT is a revolutionary, evidence-based approach that helps people:
- Retrain the brain’s response to pain
- Reduce fear around symptoms
- Break the cycle of chronic pain
- Restore a sense of safety in the body
What This Means for My Clients
By integrating Pain Reprocessing Therapy into my existing SIRPA-based coaching, I now bring an even more powerful, well-rounded approach to recovery.
This means my clients benefit from:
- The combination of two leading mind-body methodologies
- Tools rooted in neuroscience and psychology
- A structured yet compassionate pathway to recovery
- Techniques that address both emotional and neurological aspects of pain
Most importantly, it strengthens my ability to guide you out of chronic pain and back into a life that feels full, active, and free.
Why This Matters
Chronic pain can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating—especially when traditional approaches haven’t provided answers.
The work I do is about changing that.
With this additional training, I am even better equipped to help you understand what’s happening in your body, reduce fear, and gently retrain your brain out of pain patterns.
Recovery is possible. And you don’t have to do it alone.
