About Lindsay …
First and foremost, I’m just a normal, down-to-earth person— a wife, a mum of two, a cat lover, and a business owner. Like anyone else, I’ve had my share of struggles, imperfections, and messy moments, and learning to accept those has been a big part of my own healing journey.
For over two decades I worked in a fast-paced, and demanding business environment, while at the same time I was raising two young children, with all the chaos that family life had to throw at me! During this time, I struggled with ongoing back pain, and it was getting increasingly worse. The pain had begun to spread to my shoulder, groin, and my neck. My movement universe was shrinking, and I stopped doing the activities that I loved. I became obsessed with the pain and was imprisoned by fear.
Looking back with the insight I have now, I can see that a quiet but constant anxiety was present in my life, even though I didn’t recognise it at the time. I had no idea of the toll this, combined with past and present stressors, was taking on my overall wellbeing. My emotional pain and overwhelm were manifesting as physical pain.
In my search for relief, I had endless appointments with doctors, specialists, physios, osteopaths, acupuncture, underwent MRI scans, attended pain management courses, but there was little to no success. I was left in a hopeless place. Life had lost its shine and was anything but vibrant!
A real turning point came when I discovered the mind-body approach and the latest developments in neuroscience and pain science. It shifted how I understood my experience and marked the beginning of meaningful, lasting change.

Inspired by my own experience and a deep desire to help others, I trained as a life coach, pain reprocessing coach, Yoga Nidra practitioner, and became a certified SIRPA practitioner. My passion and personal insight into living with pain led me to create Vibrant Coaching. I am committed to raising awareness of this life-changing work and empowering people to regain control of their lives through simple, manageable steps.
Why not listen to some of my interviews? I’ve had the pleasure of being a guest speaker and sharing my insights.
