I’m excited to share that my conversation with Dana Jones on The Pain-Free Athlete Podcast is now live!
Dana and I had such a meaningful and inspiring chat about our shared journeys from chronic pain to vibrant recovery. As fellow SIRPA (Stress Illness Recovery Practitioners Association) trained professionals, we have a lot in common—not just in our training, but in our personal experiences of overcoming pain and using our recovery stories to help and inspire others.
