Saragh’s Story: From Years of Chronic Pain to Running Free
Over the years, I’ve seen time and again how powerful the mind–body connection can be. Personally, I’ve experienced its impact first-hand, and I’ve had the privilege of witnessing many of my clients transform their lives through this work. But there is nothing more powerful than hearing directly from the person who has lived through the struggle and found their way to freedom.
Today, I want to share Saragh’s recovery story.
Saragh, 35, had been living with back pain since she was 19. She even underwent back surgery, but the pain never truly left. By the time we started working together, she was suffering from severe sciatica and relentless chronic pain. Daily life had become incredibly difficult—she couldn’t sit or stand for long without pain, she had to give up all physical activity, and she was forced to stop working as a hairdresser, the career she loved.
In this video (see link below), Saragh bravely opens up about her healing journey. Using mind–body techniques, pain science education, and nervous system regulation, she not only found relief from years of pain but went on to make a full recovery.
Today, she’s doing things she never thought possible again—including planning a half marathon! Her courage and commitment to this process have been truly inspiring.
